Grant advises clients on deceased estates and estate planning, this
includes the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and also applications
to Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal in relation to guardianship and
administration orders.
Grant has decades of experience in the law and uses this experience to
assist his clients. He enjoys getting to know his clients and provides caring
advice during often stressful times.
Grant has been a partner at Phillips & Wilkins since 1990 having joined the
firm in 1983. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Elder Law
Committee. He enjoys playing competitive bridge and has been a St Kilda supporter for more years than he cares to admit.
